Розташування:

We're looking for a Traffic Monetization Specialist who knows how to turn SEO traffic into a profitable business. Someone who understands both sides of the equation: what users need and what advertisers are ready to pay for.
Your mission will be to find the right offers and partners, negotiate better deals, test placements and funnels, and continuously improve monetization performance.

Requirements:
2+ years of traffic monetization or affiliate marketing experience within iGaming, sports betting, or digital media.
Deep understanding of sports audiences, betting products, and commercial models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee).
Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Keitaro or similar), postback setups, SubIDs, and traffic distribution rules.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnels, lander testing, and core metrics (EPC, CR, LTV, ROI).
English proficiency at B1B2 level or higher.
Strong self-management skills with a result-oriented mindset.

Will be plus:
Publisher-side experience monetizing organic SEO, news, or social traffic.
Working knowledge of local compliance regulations in key target GEOs.
Proficiency in French.

Responsibilities:
Monetization & Partner Management: Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliate networks, direct betting advertisers, and monetization platforms.
Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee).
Funnel & Placement Optimization: Select and test optimal offers based on GEOs, content sections, and sports events. Plan CTA placements, pre-landings, and creatives to maximize conversion rates.
Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain campaign tracking, traffic distribution, and postbacks in Keitaro (or similar tools).
Analyze funnel performance (EPC, FTD, LTV, ROI) and eliminate data discrepancies.
Testing & Scaling: Run systematic A/B tests on landing pages, offer splits, and ad formats.
Scale top-performing combinations and replace underperforming ones
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Content, SEO, Product, and Analytics teams to align monetization setups with organic traffic growth and brand safety.

Probation Goals:
Conduct an audit of current monetization (offers, GEOs, Keitaro tracking, data discrepancies) and stabilize critical flows within the first month.
Build and maintain an up-to-date offer matrix by GEO, content sections, and sporting events; onboard at least 1015 new or improved partner offers.
Run and complete systematic A/B tests (landing pages, CTAs, offer splits) with documented results and scaling of top-performing combinations.
Deliver growth in key metrics (EPC, FTD, revenue per visit) in at least one priority GEO vs. the baseline at the start of the probation period.
Establish regular reporting and own monetization end-to-end: incident handling, analytics, and coordination with SEO, Product.
