Розташування:

We are looking for a Sales Researcher to join our Sales team and help us find and qualify the right companies and contacts for our outbound activities. You'll support our Lead Generation Managers with research and data preparation, helping the team focus on lead engagement and expand into new lead generation channels.

Requirements:

Research and identify companies that match defined ICP and targeting criteria.
Find relevant decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts based on role, seniority, department, geography and other criteria.
Build and maintain structured lead and account lists for outbound campaigns.
Research companies using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, company websites, industry directories, conference websites and other open sources.
Verify job titles, current employment, LinkedIn profiles, company information and contact details before adding leads to the database.
Research relevant industry events, conferences, communities, directories, and other potential lead generation channels.
Keep databases clean and accurate: identify duplicates, outdated contacts and incomplete records.
Support Sales and Lead Generation teams with additional research for specific accounts, industries, markets or campaigns.
Identify useful signals about target companies, such as hiring activity, funding, expansion, new products or other relevant business changes.
Work with Google Sheets and internal tools to organize, structure and maintain research data.
Follow defined research processes and continuously improve the quality and accuracy of collected data.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), or strong motivation to learn.
Strong research skills and ability to find and combine information from multiple online sources.
High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large amounts of data.
Confident use of LinkedIn and Google Search.
Basic experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Clay or similar tools or willingness to learn them.
Basic understanding of Boolean Search; familiarity with OSINT techniques would be a plus.
Confident Google Sheets skills: filters, sorting, basic formulas and data structuring.
English at B1, sufficient to research international companies, websites and LinkedIn profiles.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about different industries, business models and technologies.

Will be a plus:

Previous experience in lead generation, sales research, data research or a similar role.
Experience with CRM systems.
Basic understanding of the IT outsourcing/software development industry.
Experience researching US, UK or European companies.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research and data enrichment.
