Are you an experienced lead generator with a passion for connecting with clients and growing business opportunities?
The Time2Launch team is seeking a skilled and motivated Upwork Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive our client acquisition efforts on Upwork. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our Sales team by driving the lead generation process, managing communication, coordinating schedules, and assisting with proposal preparation.
You'll collaborate closely with both our Sales and Technical teams to ensure a seamless client acquisition process, from identifying relevant opportunities to qualifying leads and preparing them for further communication with our team.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or business development on Upwork, with a proven track record of successful client acquisition
English proficiency: B2 level or higher – strong written communication skills are essential
Solid understanding of Upwork's platform, including client research, opportunity identification, engagement strategies, and proposal crafting
Ability to analyze job descriptions and identify projects relevant to our services
Experience creating personalized proposals tailored to specific client needs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple leads, conversations, and follow-ups simultaneously
Understanding of software development, AI, mobile development, automation, or IT services will be considered a strong advantage
Willingness to grow – we are looking for someone open to learning, developing their skills, testing new approaches, and taking on new challenges
Responsibilities
Proactively search and identify potential clients and relevant projects on Upwork that align with Time2Launch's services
Research potential clients, their businesses, project requirements, and technical needs
Engage with potential clients and initiate relevant conversations
Create compelling and personalized Upwork proposals tailored to each client's needs and requirements
Track and manage leads throughout the acquisition process
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain effective communication with prospects
Qualify leads and identify opportunities with strong business potential
Coordinate schedules and assist in preparing prospects for calls with the Sales team
Track lead-generation performance and key KPIs
Analyze results and continuously improve lead-generation and proposal strategies
