Requirements
3+ years of performance marketing experience driving user acquisition on Meta, successfully managing monthly budgets of $300,000+.
Proven experience driving growth for subscription-based B2C mobile apps targeting Western markets, with a focus on Web-to-App funnels across various product lifecycle stages.
A structured and methodical work style dedicated to rigorous A/B testing, and validating ideas to find the winning formula.
A data-driven mindset focused on diving deep into metrics, spotting hidden patterns, and translating numbers into strategic decisions.
High adaptability and the ability to learn quickly to thrive amid uncertainty and rapid changes.

What will you be responsible for
Setting up, managing, and expanding user acquisition strategies across Meta.
Analyzing daily KPIs to optimize for revenue goals, evaluating everything from top-of-funnel indicators (CPA, CTR, CR) to in-depth user value metrics (Down-funnel conversion, LTV, ROI).
Leverage AI-driven martech automations to optimize marketing processes.
Propose data-driven hypotheses, initiate and manage new creative tests, flow tests analyze test results, and make changes.
