We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive user acquisition for our portfolio of mobile applications.

We develop and monetize our own mobile apps across different categories, including utilities (VPN, Cleaner, AI-powered apps, and more). We are looking for someone who understands the mobile app ecosystem and has hands-on experience acquiring users through in-app advertising networks.

Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns for mobile applications.
Work with in-app advertising networks (AppLovin or similar platforms).
Manage and scale advertising campaigns while maintaining target performance metrics.
Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize traffic sources.
Test different GEOs, creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches.
Monitor key performance metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new ad creatives.
Manage advertising budgets and focus on achieving sustainable app growth.

Requirements:
23+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Media Buying.
Hands-on experience promoting mobile applications, preferably utility apps (VPN, Cleaner, AI apps, or similar products).
Practical experience buying traffic through in-app advertising networks, such as AppLovin, Unity Ads, Mintegral, ironSource, or similar platforms.
Understanding of mobile app monetization models and user acquisition metrics.
Experience with campaign optimization, scaling, and budget management.
Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.

Will be a plus:
Experience working with subscription-based mobile applications.
Experience with ad monetization models.
Experience with multiple in-app traffic sources.
Understanding of attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.).
