We are a SaaS company in the digital entertainment industry, creating comics and developing our own subscription-based platform for readers.
We operate in international markets, create engaging content, and continuously explore new opportunities to attract users and scale our product.
We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Snapchat Ads) who will take ownership of developing and scaling Snapchat as one of our paid user acquisition channels.

Employment type: Part-time, 4 hours per day, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Snapchat Ads.
Develop and implement user acquisition strategies and scale advertising campaigns.
Manage advertising budgets, monitor spending efficiency, and achieve target KPIs.
Analyze key performance metrics, including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and others.
Test new hypotheses, audiences, ad creatives, and user acquisition approaches.
Prepare creative briefs for the creative team and analyze ad performance.
Identify new opportunities to scale traffic and improve campaign profitability.
Regularly analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.

What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Snapchat Ads as a User Acquisition Manager, Media Buyer, or Performance Marketing Manager.
Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $100,000 or more (preferably monthly budgets of this scale).
In-depth knowledge of Snapchat Ads Manager, platform algorithms, campaign optimization, and scaling strategies.
Experience independently managing advertising campaigns throughout the entire lifecycle, from strategy development and launch to analysis, optimization, and scaling.
Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with key performance metrics.
Experience testing advertising hypotheses, audiences, creatives, and different user acquisition approaches.
Ability to evaluate advertising performance based on business outcomes rather than just clicks or conversions.
Independence, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to work without constant supervision.

Nice to Have:
Experience working with gray-area or high-risk verticals, including an understanding of the challenges and advertising restrictions associated with these industries.
Experience promoting subscription-based products, SaaS platforms, or digital entertainment products.
A proven track record of successfully scaling Snapchat advertising campaigns with measurable results.
