We are developing an independent international iGaming project that has already been successfully launched in the Netherlands (NL). Our next strategic step is expansion into the UK market.
The company is currently in an active growth phase: we are improving the product, strengthening the team, and building a solid foundation for further international expansion.

This is a fully independent business with its own brand, management structure, team, and internal processes.

We are currently looking for a VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for managing VIP players across Tier-1 markets, focusing on retention, reactivation, and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP players, communicating via chat, email, phone, and messengers.
Handle VIP player requests related to payments, bonuses, account verification, and gameplay.
Conduct outbound calls (cold & warm) in English to engage, retain, and reactivate VIP players.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value players while ensuring a high-quality player experience.
Manage VIP retention and reactivation activities.
Analyze player activity, identify early signs of churn, and proactively address potential risks.
Manage personalized bonuses and individual offers within approved budgets and internal guidelines.
Work with performance and financial metrics and contribute to their improvement.
Collect feedback from VIP players and share relevant insights with internal teams to improve the product and service.
Collaborate closely with Support, Product, QA, and CRM teams.
Follow internal company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements
English C1+, with fluent spoken and written communication.
Hands-on experience working with Tier-1 markets / players is required.
12+ years of experience specifically in VIP Account Management / VIP Management within iGaming.
Hands-on experience conducting cold & warm calls with VIP players in English.
Strong understanding of player retention and reactivation mechanics.
Experience working with performance and financial metrics, with an understanding of how to influence their dynamics.
Strong understanding of high-value player behavior and the ability to use data to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and provide a personalized approach to VIP players.
