VIP Manager / VIP Account Manager | iGaming

Build trusted relationships through attentive service, relevant communication and a strong understanding of each player.
The role combines personalised service, retention and coordination with internal teams.
You will need to understand player needs, follow through on requests and make commercially sound decisions within approved policies and responsible gaming boundaries.
What you will do:
Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP players.
Build consistent, personalised communication through approved channels.
Understand player preferences, activity patterns and service expectations.
Identify changes in engagement and take appropriate retention or reactivation actions.
Prepare individual offers within approved limits and policies.
Coordinate payment, account and technical requests with the relevant teams.
Keep accurate CRM records and follow up on outstanding issues.
Analyse portfolio activity, retention and the effectiveness of personal offers.
Escalate service, payment and account issues promptly.
Follow KYC, AML, privacy and responsible gaming procedures.
Recognise situations where player protection must take priority over commercial activity.
What we are looking for:
Experience in VIP management or high-value player account management within iGaming.
Strong written and spoken English for direct player communication.
Ability to build relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
Confidence handling sensitive requests and difficult conversations.
Understanding of retention, personal offers and bonus efficiency.
Accuracy when working with CRM records and confidential information.
Experience with Canada, Australia or New Zealand will be particularly relevant.
