What you'll do

What you need
3+ years in e-commerce design, ideally DTC

Зараз ми шукаємо Video Editor / Graphic Designer спеціаліста, для якого сильний відеомонтаж є основною компетенцією, але який також добре розуміється на графічному дизайні.

Про роль
70% твоєї роботи відеомонтаж.
Ти будеш створювати рекламні відеокреативи для різних digital-проєктів: від ідеї та першого hook до готового ролика, який можна запускати в рекламу.

При цьому ти не будеш працювати один/одна. У парі з тобою буде Graphic Designer, з яким ви разом працюватимете над креативами, візуальними концепціями та тестуванням нових підходів.

Тому нам важливо, щоб ти не просто вмів/ла монтувати відео, а й мав/ла хороше відчуття композиції, типографіки, кольору та візуального стилю.

Що потрібно буде робити
1. Створювати відеокреативи основний фокус
Монтувати рекламні відео для Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads та інших digital-каналів.
Створювати короткі динамічні рекламні ролики, Reels, Shorts та performance-креативи.
Працювати з відеоматеріалами: нарізкою, ритмом, музикою, звуком, субтитрами, графікою та ефектами.
Створювати сильний hook у перші секунди відео та утримувати увагу глядача.
Робити різні версії одного креативу для тестування.
Адаптувати відео під різні формати, платформи та аудиторії.
Працювати з готовими матеріалами та самостійно знаходити креативні рішення, коли вихідних матеріалів недостатньо.

2. Motion та візуальна подача
Додавати анімацію, transitions, visual effects та motion-елементи.
Анімувати текст, графіку, UI-елементи та інші об'єкти.

Використовувати AI-інструменти для створення та покращення відеоконтенту.

3. Графічний дизайн близько 30% роботи
Ти не будеш єдиним Graphic Designer у команді поруч буде окремий дизайнер, з яким ви працюватимете в парі.

Водночас важливо, щоб ти міг/ла:
створювати та адаптувати статичні рекламні креативи;
працювати з текстом, композицією, кольором та типографікою;
підбирати та комбінувати візуальні елементи;

Шукаємо Junior Fullstack Developer / Support Specialist у команду, де людина буде працювати безпосередньо з Development Team Lead.

На старті не потрібно бути експертом у Kubernetes чи складній інфраструктурі важливіше мати хорошу базу розробки, Linux, Docker та вміти розібратися з новою технологією за документацією.

Що буде на практиці
Робота не обмежується написанням коду.
Задачі можуть виглядати приблизно так:
написати Python-скрипт підключити API автоматизувати процес запустити на сервері перевірити логи виправити помилку передати результат команді.

Або:

отримати запит від партнера розібратися в проблемі перевірити конфігурацію / API / сервер знайти причину вирішити питання або передати його Team Lead із нормальною діагностикою.
Тому важлива готовність поєднувати development, automation та technical support.
