SBC Performance is looking for a Sales Development Representative to build and drive our outbound sales pipeline – from first contact to a booked, qualified meeting.<\/p>\n
What You'll Do
Work daily with lead lists prepared by our Research & Outreach Specialist, and reach out to decision makers via cold calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email
Run outbound cold calls: introduce SBC Performance, uncover needs, qualify the prospect, handle objections, and agree on a concrete next step
Drive multichannel outreach and follow-up – combining channels systematically so no active prospect is left without a next step
Qualify prospects across business\/offer\/vertical, traffic sources, GEOs, ad platforms, current setup and spend, goals, pain points, decision-making process, and timeline
Book meetings with qualified prospects for the Business Development \/ Sales team, and hand off full qualification context
Do light additional research when provided data isn't enough – finding alternative decision makers or contact channels within assigned companies
Keep HubSpot fully up to date: lead status, activities, notes, tasks, qualification data, and SQL handoff
Track your own results and report on outbound activity, conversions, SQLs, and pipeline at the weekly performance meeting<\/p>\n
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, BDR, Business Development, or Lead Generation
Hands-on cold calling experience
Practical experience with LinkedIn prospecting (LinkedIn \/ Sales Navigator)
Experience working with HubSpot or another CRM
Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and managing many prospects\/follow-ups at once
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher – enough for cold calls, qualification, and business communication with international clients
Nice to have: experience with international markets, background in Performance Marketing, AdTech, MarTech, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Advertising, understanding of Meta\/Google\/TikTok\/Bing advertising ecosystems, additional foreign languages<\/p>\n
