We are looking for an experienced Upwork Sales Manager to join Time2Launch and take ownership of our sales process on Upwork.
You will be responsible not only for finding jobs, but for turning Upwork opportunities into real clients – from identifying the right projects and sending proposals to communicating with prospects, joining calls, negotiating, and closing deals.
What you will do
Search Upwork daily for relevant software, mobile, and AI projects
Analyze job posts and qualify potential opportunities
Decide which projects are worth pursuing
Write and submit personalized Upwork proposals
Communicate with clients through Upwork
Ask the right questions to understand client requirements and budget
Schedule and participate in discovery calls
Prepare offers and estimates together with our technical team
Follow up with potential clients
Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms
Move qualified leads through the sales pipeline
Close deals and hand over confirmed projects to the delivery team
Maintain accurate information about leads, proposals, calls, and deals
Track sales performance and improve conversion rates
What we are looking for
Proven experience in Upwork sales \/ business development
Experience selling software development services
Strong understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, or AI development
Excellent English – written and spoken
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical requirements without being a developer
Experience communicating with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
You will have an advantage if you have
Experience selling AI development and AI automation
Experience selling Flutter, React, Node.js, Python, or other development services
Experience with larger B2B projects
A strong Upwork profile and proven history of winning projects
Experience with LinkedIn or cold email outreach
Existing relationships with potential clients
