About the role:
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute strategies that drive business growth for our clients in the realm of cybersecurity. You'll be at the forefront of defending organizations against security threats, taking pride in solving critical challenges and supporting their IT strategies.

Requirements:<\/p>\n
Understanding of both cybersecurity and managed IT services, and their application in solving challenges for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise businesses.
Experience in working with IT product company in Account Manager role.
Experience working cross-functionally with an account team, providing account management and support to assigned projects and service teams.
Proven track record of customer retention and upsells.
Skilled in conducting discovery calls and demos that effectively diagnose prospects' pains and problems.
Proven ability to lead all aspects of a technology sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and winning net-new territories and accounts.
Proven skills in forecasting, pipeline development, reporting, and key performance metric development.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:
The main focus for Customer Success Manager within the company is paid to Customer Engagement, Customer Expansion and Retention. Thus, effective candidates are responsible for:<\/p>\n
Understanding customer business goals and providing security solutions that align with their requirements.
Developing strong customer relationships and gaining insights into customer initiatives, key decision-makers, and business processes to effectively communicate how our products\/services contribute to their overall goals.
Identifying and escalating at-risk customer situations to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Proactively achieving sales and revenue targets by maintaining existing customer revenue and introducing new services from our product\/solution portfolio.
Conducting bill reviews when needed to ensure customer understanding of invoicing.
Exceeding assigned quotas through exceptional relationship building and top-tier customer service.
Prospecting for new business and expanding our customer network through referrals and effective collaboration with marketing and account teams.
Closing new accounts and cross-selling additional products and solutions to existing assigned accounts.
Leveraging cross-functional resources, including Sales Development Reps, Account Managers, Marketing, Delivery teams, to achieve success.<\/p>\n
