We are looking for an L&D Project Manager to join our team!<\/p>\n
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in L&D \/ Talent Development, with independent end-to-end ownership of projects and programs from needs analysis and solution design to launch, promotion, evaluation of results, and further development.
* Experience delivering comprehensive L&D and Talent Development projects, including:
* onboarding and professional training;
* talent and career development programs (Talent Pool, Succession Planning, mentoring, etc.);
* internal mobility and experiential development (internships, job shadowing, cross-functional development, etc.);
* internal learning \/ professional communities.
* Experience managing cross-functional projects and working on multiple initiatives simultaneously across different teams and stakeholders.
* Professional-level facilitation skills for various online team sessions (retrospectives, strategy sessions, brainstorming sessions, sharing sessions, workshops, webinars).
* Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders: identifying needs, collecting and structuring expertise, designing solutions, coordinating development, and aligning on the final outcome.
* Experience launching and moderating community-based formats.
* Experience promoting L&D products and initiatives internally: developing communications, engagement mechanics, and activities aimed at increasing reach and audience engagement.
* Excellent written communication skills: ability to independently create clear, well-structured, and persuasive sales-oriented" copy, presentations, and other content for different audiences.
* Knowledge of Instructional Design and Adult Learning principles, as well as approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of L&D solutions.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Education, or a related field.
* English B2+.
* Confident proficiency in core workplace tools: Google Workspace, Jira, Miro\/Figma, analytics and reporting tools, or their equivalents.
Will be plus
* Experience working in an international \/ fast-growing company, preferably in IT, Tech, Digital, or iGaming.
* Experience launching internal communities from scratch and independently managing their development and engagement.
* Experience in Internal Communications, Employer Brand, internal marketing campaigns, or close collaboration with these functions.
* Experience working with competency models, skill profiles, and career frameworks.
* Experience using L&D analytics and a data-driven approach to evaluate and improve L&D solutions.
* Additional education \/ certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Talent Management, or Project Management.
* Experience using AI and automation tools in L&D projects.

Responsibilities
* Manage complex, end-to-end L&D projects of high complexity, involving multiple stakeholders, non-standard solutions, and large-scale initiatives.
* Manage up to 6 projects simultaneously.
* Translate business needs and requests into effective learning solutions.
* Design development programs and initiatives for specialists within the business group.
* Analyze project outcomes and key performance metrics.
* Optimize project delivery processes.
* Collaborate with SMEs, managers, and department heads to develop learning solutions.
* Introduce new approaches and tools into L&D projects.
* Support and mentor less experienced Project Managers.
* Onboard new team members.
* Actively collaborate with the Team Lead on strategic decisions and the development of L&D initiatives.<\/p>\n
