Project overview (USA): This is a system, developed to provide stable remote access for company's employees to the workstations (PCs or VMs) located in the corporate network without breaking any security. Our system simplifies Access and Device Security for
organizations.<\/p>\n
Interview Stages:
1) HR Interview up to 40 minutes;
2) Technical Interview up to 1 hour;
3) Final interview with client up to 30 minutes.<\/p>\n
If you possess the following experience and skills, you would be an excellent fit for our team:
5+ years of overall marketing experience, with hands-on experience across different areas of marketing;
3+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Product Growth or a similar role;
Proven track record of generating measurable business growth through marketing or growth initiatives;
Demonstrated experience developing and executing non-standard or innovative growth strategies, not only managing established marketing channels;
Ability to provide specific examples of growth initiatives you personally identified, developed and executed, including: the business problem or opportunity, the hypothesis or strategy, the experiment or actions taken, the metrics used to measure success, the measurable results achieved;
Strong understanding of B2B customer acquisition and demand generation;
Hands-on experience with multiple acquisition channels and the ability to identify which channels are appropriate for different growth objectives;
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead qualification and conversion optimization;
Experience working with MQLs, qualified demos and other demand-generation metrics;
Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data rather than assumptions;
Ability to independently develop hypotheses, prioritize experiments and move from idea to execution without extensive direction;
Experience with marketing analytics and attribution, with an understanding of how to measure the contribution of different channels and campaigns;
Ability to work closely with Sales to connect marketing activities with qualified opportunities;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Proven experience leveraging AI automation in marketing efforts;
Upper-Intermediate or higher English.<\/p>\n
Would be a plus:
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology products;
Experience working with the US market;
Experience in IT, cybersecurity or other technical products;
Experience with SEO, paid acquisition, content-led growth, outbound, partnerships, referral programs, communities or marketing automation;
Experience building a growth function or acquisition strategy from an early stage;
Previous experience managing, mentoring or coordinating marketing specialists;
Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, analytics and attribution platforms.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities will include the following tasks within your workflow:
Develop and execute growth strategies focused on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and qualified demos;
Identify new customer segments, acquisition channels and opportunities for expanding demand;
Develop and test unconventional growth ideas and new approaches to customer acquisition;
Build and run growth experiments, define success criteria, measure results and iterate based on performance;
Test different acquisition and demand-generation channels, including paid and organic campaigns, SEO, content, outbound, partnerships, referrals, communities and other relevant channels;
Identify bottlenecks in the marketing and acquisition funnel and develop initiatives to improve conversion at each stage;
Develop campaigns and experiments aimed at increasing qualified traffic, leads and demo bookings;
Analyze campaign and funnel performance and use data to determine which initiatives should be scaled, changed or discontinued;
Establish and maintain clear growth metrics and reporting, including MQLs, qualified demos, conversion rates, acquisition costs and channel performance;
Work closely with Sales to define lead quality, improve lead handoff and ensure marketing activity translates into qualified sales opportunities;
Work with Product and other teams to identify product-led or customer-driven growth opportunities where relevant;
Research competitors, target audiences, market trends and emerging acquisition opportunities to generate new growth hypotheses;
Build repeatable processes around successful experiments and scale the channels and initiatives that demonstrate measurable results;
Maintain essential ongoing marketing activities, including the company's LinkedIn presence, content and other established marketing channels;
Coordinate the day-to-day work of the marketing function and provide direction and support to the existing marketing team member;
Prioritize marketing initiatives based on expected business impact and available resources.<\/p>\n
