We're looking for a Resource Manager to join our management team and take ownership of resource planning, employee engagement, and resource-related risks across the organization.<\/p>\n
This is not purely an administrative HR role. We're looking for someone who understands the business context behind resource decisions: why a particular person is needed on a project, how resource changes can affect an account, and where potential risks or opportunities exist across the portfolio.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
Resource & Business Planning
Maintain a clear and up-to-date view of all employees and contractors, including availability, utilization, skills, project allocation, and upcoming changes.
Work closely with Project\/Delivery Managers to understand the business case and resource needs behind each project.
Support resource allocation, bench management, and planning based on current and future business needs.
Proactively identify resource gaps, risks, and opportunities across the project portfolio.
Ensure relevant resource-related information reaches Project Managers and management teams on time.
Proactive Employee Management
Maintain regular communication with employees across the organization, not only when a problem occurs.
Conduct regular one-to-ones and proactively understand employee engagement, motivation, concerns, and potential retention risks.
Identify and monitor key employees whose expertise, client knowledge, or role makes them particularly important to an account or project.
Use structured resource health indicators to monitor the portfolio and proactively address emerging risks.
Escalate relevant risks and provide management with actionable information.
Employee Lifecycle
Own full employee life-cycle, including: pre onboarding, onboarding, performance review and offboarding processes.
Support employees throughout their lifecycle within the company.
Coordinate resource-related documentation, sick leaves, access, and other operational processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Project\/Delivery Managers on staffing, resource planning, employee risks, and project stability.
Partner with Recruitment to initiate and coordinate hiring requests when internal resources are not available.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Admin teams on resource-related operational matters.
Help ensure that resource-related issues do not create risks for client accounts or project delivery.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Resource Management, HR Operations, People Operations or a similar role within an IT\/software company.
Experience working with multiple projects, teams, and resource pools.
Ability to understand the business context behind resource decisions, not only manage data and processes.
Experience identifying employee risks, engagement issues, and retention risks proactively.
Experience with employee engagement, or people development processes.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work with resource data and turn it into clear insights and actions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High level of ownership, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.<\/p>\n
