We're currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer \/ Tech Lead to join a healthcare project and take a key technical role within an international engineering team.<\/p>\n
What you'll do
Take technical ownership of key areas of the product and contribute to architectural and technical decisions;
Lead the development of new features across frontend and backend;
Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers;
Conduct code reviews and help maintain high engineering and code quality standards;
Collaborate closely with engineers, QA, product, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions;
Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve the existing architecture;
Balance hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities;
Support and improve existing functionality while contributing to the long-term scalability and maintainability of the product.
What we're looking for
5+ years of commercial software development experience;
Strong experience with Node.js;
Strong experience with React;
Experience with Angular is preferred;
Strong understanding of REST APIs, modern web application architecture, and software design principles;
Experience making architectural and technical decisions;
Previous experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, or acting as a Tech Lead \/ Senior Engineer with significant ownership;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
Experience working in cross-functional and distributed engineering teams;
Good English communication skills (B2+).
Nice to have
Healthcare \/ HealthTech experience;
Previous formal Tech Lead experience;
Experience working with US-based clients or distributed international teams.<\/p>\n
