About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Lead to take ownership of building the outbound sales direction of our web development studio from the ground up.
The main focus of the role is to create a structured and scalable outbound system from ICP, target markets and channels to outreach processes, tools, automation, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
You will also work with inbound opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to client growth and retention.
Responsibilities
Build and develop the outbound sales direction from the ground up.
Define ICPs, target segments, and priority international markets.
Select and develop outbound channels, tools, and outreach approaches.
Build repeatable cold outreach workflows, sequences, and follow-up processes.
Test sales hypotheses and continuously improve outreach and conversion.
Define and track outbound KPIs, pipeline metrics, and reporting.
Introduce relevant sales automation and improve CRM processes.
Generate new business through outbound while also working with inbound opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Close deals independently.
Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
Grow existing client accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
Support client retention and long-term cooperation.
Work closely with Project Management and Production teams to ensure a strong client experience.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience in web development, software development, digital services, or a similar service business.
Proven experience building an outbound sales process from scratch or significantly restructuring an existing one.
Strong hands-on experience with outbound sales and cold outreach.
Experience with outbound tools, sales automation, CRM, and performance tracking.
Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals independently.
Experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
Experience selling web\/digital services to SMB clients, typically with deal sizes of up to $5,000.
Experience working with international markets.
Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will Be a Plus
Experience coordinating or mentoring SDR \/ Lead Generation \/ Sales specialists.
Experience with client retention, upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion.
Experience introducing and testing new sales tools and automation.
Understanding of collaboration between Sales, Project Management, and Production teams.
