Hi! We're Netrocket, a digital agency with 12+ years of experience doing SEO and PPC for home service businesses in the US (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, remodeling).
We're scaling sales on the US market and looking for a Sales Team Lead \/ Head of Sales someone who first closes deals themselves, then builds and leads a team around them.
This isn't a "come and manage" role you stay an active seller and the most credible voice in any sales conversation, while building the system and the team in parallel.<\/p>\n
What you'll do
Selling (main focus for the first 36 months):
Own and close your own pipeline: SQL call proposal closed-won new MRR
Step in and rescue team deals when needed
Find new channels for pipeline (Upwork, LinkedIn, outbound, inbound)
Building and leading the team:
Set weekly\/monthly targets, track conversion and pipeline health
Build the system: CRM, scripts, follow-up sequences, call scoring, forecasting
Coach by working alongside the team call reviews, role plays, live deal support (not lectures)
Hire new closers\/SDRs as the team grows
Figure out why deals are lost and adjust the process based on data
Report to the CEO on revenue forecast and blockers<\/p>\n
What we're looking for
5+ years in B2B sales, 1+ year leading a sales team (agency\/IT background is a big plus)
You're actively selling right now, not someone who stepped away from closing 2 years ago
2+ years selling digital marketing services: SEO, PPC, Google Ads, LSA, websites, lead generation
Home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical) is a strong plus
Full sales cycle: discovery qualification presentation objections proposal follow-up closing
You can speak to your own numbers: quota, close rate, average deal size, sales cycle, MRR\/ARR
Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar), pipeline, dashboards
Hands-on Upwork experience is a plus
English C1+, natural American-style business communication (not scripted)
Willing to work US hours (coverage through 68pm ET is a plus)<\/p>\n
Location isn't critical we consider candidates from Ukraine, Eastern Europe, and Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina). What matters is communication, US cultural fluency, track record, agency experience, and ownership.<\/p>\n
