We are an international team operating in the Crypto\/Web3 space and are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager \/ Business Development Lead to strengthen one of our B2B directions.<\/p>\n
We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience at crypto exchanges (CEX) who already understand the listing market, have an established network in the industry, and know how to turn relationships and new opportunities into closed deals.<\/p>\n
What you'll do<\/p>\n
Drive B2B sales and manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to negotiation and closing.
Build and develop relationships with crypto projects, founders, advisors, funds, agencies and other industry players.
Leverage and expand your existing professional network to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and test new approaches to selling listing and related services.
Develop new lead-generation channels, partnerships and referral opportunities.
Analyze competitors and market practices to identify new sales opportunities.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Develop new offers, sales hypotheses and commercial approaches based on market feedback.
Turn successful approaches into repeatable and scalable sales processes.<\/p>\n
What we're looking for<\/p>\n
Proven experience in Business Development \/ Sales at a crypto exchange (CEX) or in a closely related Web3 business.
Hands-on experience with listing sales \/ business development is a strong advantage.
Existing network within the crypto industry and the ability to open conversations with relevant decision-makers.
Strong understanding of how crypto projects select exchanges and service providers.
Proven negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to independently source opportunities rather than rely on inbound leads.
Entrepreneurial mindset you are comfortable testing new approaches and building sales channels from scratch.
English Upper-Intermediate or higher.<\/p>\n
