About the Project
DataImpulse is a global proxy services provider with over 147,000 customers worldwide. We offer residential, mobile, and datacenter proxies, with plans starting at $1\/GB.
We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of the full B2B sales cycle from lead qualification and initial outreach to negotiations, closing deals, and securing the first payment.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
Handle and qualify inbound leads and establish initial contact.
Manage the full sales cycle: conduct demos, provide technical consultations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals through to the first payment.
Work closely with Lead Generation: define the ICP and target segments, establish lead quality criteria, and provide feedback to improve lead generation.
Participate in industry conferences and customer meetings.
Maintain the CRM: manage the sales pipeline, provide forecasts, and track conversion rates at each stage.
Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing teams, including customer needs, objections, reasons for churn or lost deals, and competitive advantages.
Gradually build and optimize sales processes and, over time, build and lead your own sales team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS, IaaS, infrastructure, or other technical products.
C1+ English: fluent spoken English and confident communication in negotiations.
Location: Europe or the US.
Willingness to travel 46 times per year for conferences and customer meetings. A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally are required.
Willingness to dive deep into the technical side of the product and understand how proxies work, their key use cases, and related technologies.
Hands-on experience using AI in your work, including call preparation, communication personalization, call analysis, and CRM workflows. You should be ready to demonstrate specific examples and measurable results.
Experience working with HubSpot.
Independence and the ability to work without an established team or predefined processes.
Strong initiative and ownership: you identify opportunities for improvement and independently drive them forward.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, including the ability to re-engage and revive stalled" conversations.
A structured approach to managing multiple deals simultaneously, with strong attention to detail across CRM records, contracts, commercial terms, and communication.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Nice to Have
Experience in the proxy, web scraping, or data collection industry.
Experience selling to technical decision-makers.
Team Lead or mentoring experience.
Experience building sales processes from scratch.
