Evestar is looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to manage TikTok Shop affiliate and creator programs for our e-commerce clients.
You'll work hands-on with creators from finding and recruiting the right affiliates to getting products seeded, videos published, and sales generated.
What you'll do
Creator recruitment & management
Find TikTok affiliates, UGC creators and influencers using TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, Kalodata, Reacher and similar tools
Evaluate creators based on GMV, engagement, content quality and audience fit
Run outreach via Affiliate Center, TikTok DMs and email
Onboard creators and manage relationships, commissions, deadlines and payments
Build and maintain a reliable pool of creators across multiple clients
Product seeding
Review and approve\/decline TikTok Shop sample requests
Identify high-potential creators for product seeding
Coordinate samples and shipping with clients
Follow up with creators to ensure samples turn into published content
Monitor creator performance and stop working with creators who consistently don't deliver
Organic TikTok content
Hire and manage paid creators for organic content on client TikTok accounts
Prepare clear creator briefs with product key points, hooks, do's & don'ts, compliance and posting requirements
Turn trending TikTok sounds and formats into actionable video concepts
Creator community
Manage client creator communities on Discord
Handle onboarding, channels, roles and moderation
Keep creators engaged through weekly updates, challenges, shout-outs, leaderboards and incentives
Performance tracking
Track creators recruited, samples approved, videos posted, GMV and top-performing content
Prepare weekly performance reports
Identify winning creators and content and share insights with paid media and creative teams
What we're looking for
1+ year of hands-on experience in creator, affiliate or influencer marketing
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center
Experience with target collaborations, sample requests, commission setup and GMV tracking
Hands-on experience with Kalodata, Reacher or similar creator discovery tools
Experience managing a TikTok creator community on Discord
Proven experience recruiting creators at scale, with measurable results such as creators onboarded, sample-to-post rate or GMV generated
Experience hiring creators for organic TikTok content and writing creator briefs
Strong written English and fast communication with creators
Excellent organization and ability to manage several clients simultaneously
What matters to us
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, organized and comfortable working with numbers not just someone who understands influencer marketing in theory.
You should be able to independently find creators, evaluate them, communicate with them, manage the workflow and understand whether the program is actually generating results.
