Product Team: 4 Product Owners, 1 UX Designer, 1 VP R&D, 3 Team Leads, 1 Tech Lead, 5 QA Engineers, 14 FullStack Developers, 2 DevOps Engineers, Sales and Support Team<\/p>\n
Role Overview
As a Senior FullStack Developer, you will focus on setting and maintaining technical standards, architectural decisions, and ensuring high-quality code. You will tackle challenging features, build foundational structures, and either develop them yourself or collaborate with the team.
New developer will work on both technical debt and product features, with the exact balance evolving over time based on product priorities.
At this stage of development, the task proportions are expected to be distributed as follows: 80% frontend and 20% backend.<\/p>\n
Primary Responsibilities:
Coding & Estimation (80%): Write high-quality code, break down tasks with the Team Lead, and deliver robust features.
Code Review & Mentoring (20%): Review code to ensure adherence to standards, share knowledge, and mentor team members.<\/p>\n

Strong performance optimization skills
Debugging assistance and skill sharing
Attention to detail and bug-free delivery<\/p>\n
Quality Metrics:
Uptime\/SLA and other performance metrics
Minimal performance issues and bugs
