Position: Head of New Business Sales & GTM U.S. Market
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales & GTM leader who can build and scale new revenue streams for CTC Stack.
This is not a role for someone who only manages an existing sales team or waits for a finished sales playbook. We need someone who can identify commercial opportunities, build pipeline, personally close B2B deals, manage a sales team, and turn successful sales approaches into repeatable growth systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and scale new B2B revenue streams in the U.S. market.
Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline across CTC Stack products, services, and new verticals.
Personally lead discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and closing of strategic B2B deals.
Build, manage, and improve the performance of SDR \/ BDR \/ Sales team members.
Develop sales processes, qualification criteria, pipeline stages, KPIs, and sales playbooks.
Work with the CEO and internal teams on ICP, positioning, offers, pricing, and GTM strategy.
Turn market research and discovery insights into actionable sales opportunities.
Test new sales approaches, messaging, verticals, and channels.
Identify new partnerships and business development opportunities.
Analyze lost deals, objections, market feedback, and conversion data to improve the sales process.
Build structured forecasting and maintain strong CRM and pipeline discipline.
Help turn successful commercial experiments into scalable revenue systems.
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, GTM, or Revenue Growth.
Strong experience selling to the U.S. market.
Proven track record of personally closing B2B deals, not only generating meetings.
Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting discovery proposal negotiation close.
Experience managing and developing SDR \/ BDR \/ Sales teams.
Proven experience growing revenue and building sales pipelines.
Experience selling to business owners, founders, CEOs, or senior decision-makers.
Strong consultative and solution-based sales skills.
Ability to build sales processes in an environment where not everything is already structured.
Strong commercial thinking and ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
Fluent English.
Would be a Plus:
Experience selling AI, automation, SaaS, CRM \/ RevOps, MarTech, or technology solutions.
Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, high-ticket agency services.
Experience selling custom software or business process automation.
Experience launching new products or entering new verticals.
Experience in logistics, healthcare, dental, or other U.S. service industries.<\/p>\n
