The Opportunity & Team Support
This is a high-autonomy, high-reward role designed for an experienced US sales professional who wants to leverage their local market presence, event networking, and sales strategy to build high-volume revenue streams.
You won't be starting from scratch or working in isolation:
Lead Gen & SDR Support: You will have dedicated remote Lead Generation Specialists and Sales reps in our team at your disposal to handle digital prospecting, list building, and email\/LinkedIn outreach under your direction.
Direct CTO Collaboration: You will partner directly with our CTO and senior tech leadsno middlemen, no complex hierarchy. They run technical discovery, build estimations, and present proposals alongside you.
Freedom & Zero Bureaucracy: We value results, speed, and trust over micro-management and corporate red tape.
Key Responsibilities
Offline & Event Sales (Field Sales): Attend industry conferences, trade shows, expos, and local networking events across the US to establish direct contact with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Sales Strategy & SDR Leadership: Guide and direct our internal lead generation and SDR team to target high-potential verticals, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and custom campaign flows.
Account Growth: Build long-term trust with key client accounts to secure ongoing, recurring custom development and team augmentation contracts.
Requirements
US Location & Mobility: Must be physically located in the United States with the willingness to attend industry events, expos, and client meetings ("in the field").
IT Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles specifically within the IT outsourcing, custom software development, or IT consulting space.
Event Networking Mastery: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate pipeline, and close deals through face-to-face networking, conference attendance, and field sales.
Understanding of IT Models: Deep familiarity with software engagement models: Time & Materials (T&M), Fixed Price, and Dedicated Engineering Teams.
Track Record: Proven ability to close mid-market or enterprise software deals ($50k+ contract value).<\/p>\n
