LongRun is a GTM agency that helps B2B companies reach the right buyers and turn existing demand into sales conversations through cold email campaigns and sales automation.

We're looking for a Campaign Manager with strong cold email copywriting skills to research audiences, write messaging, launch campaigns, and improve results through A/B testing across multiple clients.

What you'll do
Understand each client's product, audience, and offer through strategy briefs, call recordings, research, and past campaign results.
Write cold email sequences with subject lines, personalized opening lines, pitches, calls to action, and follow-ups.
Make every message short, specific, natural, and relevant to its recipient.
Configure, check, and launch approved campaigns in Email Bison.
Use Clay and AI tools for research and personalization, verify the information, and proofread the final emails with all personalization filled in.
Maintain daily sending volume and own each client's monthly sending quota by tracking progress and addressing blockers early.
Monitor campaign performance daily and run A/B tests to improve messaging, timing, and targeting.
Coordinate with our lead researcher on audience selection, list quality, and lead supply for upcoming campaigns.
Keep campaign plans and test results organized in Notion and share brief updates on progress and next steps.

What we expect from you
Proven cold email copywriting experience, with examples and results you can explain.
Clear, natural written English and the ability to make complex products easy to understand.
Hands-on experience with Email Bison, Instantly, Smartlead, or a similar platform.
Confidence using AI, with the judgment to question its output and write or edit copy yourself.
Ownership of your work without micromanagement or hand-holding, and the same expectation of accountability from your teammates.
Reliable planning, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple client accounts.
Initiative to investigate problems and propose solutions when you need help.

What we offer
Full-time remote work with monthly payments in USD, paid on time.
Base pay plus a bonus for each client that meets their monthly KPI.
An established client portfolio, including clients already meeting their monthly KPIs, where you'll maintain sending volume and run ongoing tests to sustain and improve results.
Autonomy over your daily work, with clear goals and agreed deadlines.
Onboarding on our clients, tools, and processes.
Direct feedback and support from the founder.
The opportunity to grow into the Head of Delivery role as we expand our client base.
