About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager for our partner, to develop the B2B direction, acquire new clients, and build long-term business relationships in international markets.
We are looking for more than a manager who simply handles inbound leads. We need an independent sales professional who can identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, conduct negotiations, and drive deals through to closing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients in international markets.
Work with both inbound and outbound leads.
Independently research potential clients and decision-makers.
Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and negotiations.
Identify client needs and prepare relevant commercial proposals.
Manage the full sales cycle from the first contact to closing the deal.
Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain and update the CRM, manage the pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with other teams to prepare proposals and implement agreements.
Explore new markets, segments, and opportunities for sales growth.
What We're Looking For
Professional experience in at least one of the following areas is required:
Web3
Crypto
Blockchain
FinTech
Payments
Digital Assets
or related technology \/ financial sectors.
Additionally:
Experience in B2B sales.
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
Experience with independent lead generation and client acquisition.
Strong negotiation and product presentation skills.
Ability to work with decision-makers and C-level executives.
Strong focus on results and commercial performance.
High level of independence and initiative.
Willingness to work with international clients.
English sufficient for negotiations and professional business communication.
Nice to Have
Experience selling crypto \/ blockchain \/ Web3 infrastructure products.
Experience working with PSPs, payment providers, fintech companies, or IT businesses.
An established professional network in Web3 \/ Crypto \/ FinTech.
Experience attending industry conferences and international events.
Experience with high-value B2B deals.
