VitaUp operates in one of the most competitive and sophisticated categories on Amazon: Health & Wellness.

We already have proven products, strong unit economics, and a solid operational foundation and we're now looking for the right person to take our affiliate channel to the next level.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring an Affiliate Partnership Manager to find, build, and grow partnerships that drive traffic to VitaUp on Amazon and on our own website, with the ultimate goal of increasing sales. This role also owns the analytics side of the channel tracking performance, testing hypotheses, and identifying the most effective paths to growth. Building brand awareness along the way is a welcome bonus, not the primary mandate.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership. You'll be expected to identify opportunities independently, negotiate partnerships, and communicate professionally with affiliates without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do

Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners, publishers, and media buyers with proven sales potential across relevant affiliate networks
Build and manage relationships with affiliate network managers, media partners, and media buyers to maximize channel performance
Grow traffic and sales across Amazon and our own website through affiliate network placements and partner-driven media not through in-house traffic generation or arbitrage
Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures with affiliate networks and partners
Build and maintain a reporting system to track partner and network performance, budgets, and key metrics
Design and run hypothesis-driven tests together with partners to find the most effective growth levers
Manage allocated partner/network budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment
Contribute to brand visibility and awareness through partner and network placements as a secondary outcome of channel growth

What Success Looks Like

Significant growth in channel sales volume within the first 12 months
An expanded partner network, built through new affiliates with demonstrated sales potential
High resource utilization and target attainment, starting from month 3
A functioning reporting and testing system in place from month 2 onward

What We're Looking For

A strong bias toward efficiency the ability to drive significant results with minimal wasted effort
Decisive, organized, and self-directed working style
A fast learner, comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
Willingness to put in the work needed to hit ambitious targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills you can build trust with partners quickly and professionally
Prior experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or Amazon growth roles (Health & Wellness category experience is a strong plus)
Familiarity with FTC/FDA advertising guidelines for supplements is a plus, given the regulatory sensitivity of health claims in this category

What We Offer

Direct impact on company growth and operations
Close collaboration with founders from day one
High autonomy and real ownership
Remote-first, with flexibility and trust
Competitive USD-based compensation with bonuses
Room to grow as the business grows
