Lexidesk is the AI client intake platform for law firms.

More than 50 firms run on us already, across personal injury, immigration, family law and more.

We started with the phone, answering every call 24/7 so firms stop losing cases to missed calls.

Now we're going for end-to-end intake automation. Our goal: help an average legal intake team of 8 handle the same number of leads with 2 people, while converting better than before.

The only problem: most law firms have no idea any of this is possible yet.

That's your job: tell them.

Your day to day

Make product videos, explainer videos and launch videos. Think Loom recordings and ElevenLabs-style motion launches using AI. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZKzfDz8Png.
Build and distribute content funnels. Quizzes, webinars, short courses whatever turns your content into booked demos. Example webinar: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_PAdaBp2DSsm2Upy_3pEvGg.
Run product launches and communicate new features to customers in a structured way, as described here: https://harries.co/launch-your-product.
Film with our customers, publish case studies and customer stories, and collect testimonials. Customer stories: https://lexidesk.ai/customers.
Turn our podcasts and existing content into shorts law firm owners stop scrolling for.
Build trust in online legal communities: Reddit, Facebook groups, Slack and comment sections.
Manage our socials.

Requirements

1+ years doing social or content for a software company. B2B SaaS ideally. Legal is a big plus.
You can produce and edit videos and make them look good, using motion design with Remotion and AI tools like ElevenLabs and Higgsfield.
You write well.
You're comfortable being on camera.
Your content workflows are AI native.
You like to get deep into new topics and become an expert on them.
You understand AI and how businesses use it, or you'll learn it fast.
English at C1 or close. You may talk to US lawyers and arrange for them to record content with us.

Nice to have

You run or used to run a YouTube channel about AI for business.
You've done legal or legal-tech marketing before.
You think like a product manager. You like talking to users and turning what they say into content.

How we work

Speed is the moat. Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, minimal bureaucracy.
Impact, not titles. No job titles. It's about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
AI first. We use AI across the whole company to move faster with better results.
Automate the boring stuff. If you do it twice and will keep doing it, automate it once it works by hand.
Think from first principles. Stop and think. Ask dumb questions, ask when it's unclear or costly, then decide on your own.
Talent over location. Fully remote. We hire the best person, wherever they are.
Taste is king. Anyone with Claude can be average. Cut the extra, keep it minimal, and build for your audience, not yourself.

What we offer

The first content marketing seat at Lexidesk. You build the function almost from scratch and own it. Your work ships and actually gets seen.
Direct access to the founder and the whole business. You'll learn how an AI startup really runs end-to-end.
A budget for the tools and gear you need. Camera, editing software, AI subscriptions whatever makes the work great.
A clear path to grow into leading our content team as we scale.
