We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and managing B2B deals from the first contact to contract signing.
For over 10 years, the company has been helping brands grow by creating branded YouTube channels, managing collaborations with influencers, and distributing content across various platforms, including Reddit.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
Conduct proactive client outreach and work with inbound leads.
Work with cold leads around 50% of leads are cold.
Conduct meetings and present the company's services and case studies.
Negotiate with marketers, CMOs, PR specialists, top management, and business owners.
Manage the full sales cycle from the initial contact and negotiations to documentation and contract signing.
Work with both new and existing clients and maintain a high level of client service.
Control and manage advertising project budgets.
Prepare pitch presentations and reports together with the team.
Attend relevant industry conferences and events.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Business Development \/ Sales.
Mandatory experience in cold B2B sales: independent client acquisition, outbound communication, conducting initial meetings, and closing deals.
Experience selling B2B services or solutions with a $510K deal size.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from initial contact and negotiations to documentation and contract signing.
Experience communicating with clients at different levels, including marketers, CMOs, PR specialists, top management, and business owners.
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and AIDAS and SPIN sales approaches.
Understanding of digital marketing, particularly PPC and influencer marketing.
Experience working with Notion, ClickUp, Nethunt, and Google Docs.
Fluent Ukrainian.
English – B2.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive approach, strong organizational and time-management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in sales.
Willingness to travel and attend relevant industry conferences and events.<\/p>\n
