We are looking for a Team Lead Game Art<\/p>\n
Requirements
5+ years of experience in GameDev, including 1+ year in a leadership position, experience in the iGaming industry
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in games development
Knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design principles
Deep understanding in game development lifecycle
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. solid understanding of Spine animation (ability to review and provide feedback)
Experience with AI-powered design tools and workflow automation
Strong understanding of technical requirements for game assets
Experience planning workloads, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
reviewing game concepts, UI designs, illustrations, animations, and other game assets: 2D illustrations, spine animations, UI elements, game screens, symbols, backgrounds, characters, etc
checking game visuals for compliance with quality standards, technical requirements, product expectations. ensuring visual consistency across all game elements and throughout the entire production cycle
ensuring that visual solutions are technically feasible and correctly implemented in the final product
presenting game concepts, visual solutions, prototypes, and final designs to stakeholders and task setters
supervising the development of visual concepts and animations for all games types
organizing and maintaining a clear, structured workflow for game projects in figma
improving and scaling the game art production pipeline. optimizing team processes and introducing new tools, technologies, and approaches
generating ideas for improving game visuals, user experience, animation quality, and overall product presentation
constantly researching and analyzing game art trends, competitors, casino products, slot providers, and player preferences
collaborating with your team, project managers, product managers, developers and other stakeholders
distributing tasks within the team based on priorities, workload, and team members expertise
estimating art production timelines and supporting project planning. identifying production risks and resolving visual, technical, and organizational issues
providing regular reports on the Game Art team's performance
providing clear feedback and conducting regular art reviews
mentoring team members and supporting their professional development. conducting performance reviews of team members
holding one-on-one meetings with team members
participating in hiring. interviewing new team members, reviewing portfolios and resumes
approving team members' overtime and days off<\/p>\n
