Position: Senior B2B Sales Executive \/ Closer U.S. Market
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on B2B Sales Executive who can personally convert qualified opportunities into new clients and revenue for CTC Stack.<\/p>\n
This is a role for someone who is strongest in direct sales: leading discovery calls, understanding business needs, presenting solutions, handling objections, negotiating, following up, and closing deals.
We need someone who can confidently sell to U.S. business owners and decision-makers and take real ownership of opportunities from qualified meeting to signed client and first payment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
Personally lead discovery calls, sales meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing of B2B deals.
Convert qualified opportunities into signed, paying clients.
Understand the prospect's business, challenges, goals, and buying motivation and position the right CTC Stack solution.
Present and sell CTC Stack products, marketing services, lead generation, automation, and technology solutions.
Handle objections around price, ROI, timing, trust, competition, and previous experiences.
Build strong relationships with business owners, founders, CEOs, and senior decision-makers.
Maintain consistent follow-up and move opportunities toward a clear commercial decision.
Work with the CEO and internal teams on ICP, positioning, offers, pricing, and sales messaging.
Provide market feedback and identify commercial opportunities based on real client conversations.
Analyze lost deals, objections, market feedback, and conversion data to improve sales performance.
Maintain strong CRM discipline, accurate deal stages, and forecasting.
Contribute to improving sales processes and playbooks based on successful deals and recurring objections.<\/p>\n
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B Sales \/ Business Development roles with direct closing responsibility.
Strong experience selling to the U.S. market.
Proven track record of personally closing B2B deals and generating revenue, not only generating meetings or building pipelines.
Strong experience with discovery proposal objection handling negotiation close.
Experience selling to business owners, founders, CEOs, or senior decision-makers.
Strong consultative and solution-based sales skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to understand a client's business and connect the offer to measurable commercial value.
Experience working with CRM and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
Strong commercial thinking and focus on conversion, closed clients, and revenue.
Fluent English.<\/p>\n
Would be a Plus:
Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, or high-ticket agency services.
Experience in Logistics, healthcare, dental, or other U.S. service industries.
Experience selling AI, automation, SaaS, CRM \/ RevOps, MarTech, or technology solutions.
Experience selling retainers or recurring B2B services.
Experience selling custom software or business process automation.<\/p>\n

We're looking for someone who is strong in sales and closing, not someone who prefers to stay behind the pipeline.
You should be comfortable personally leading important sales conversations, asking the right questions, understanding the client's real motivation, presenting value, handling difficult objections, negotiating, and asking for the sale.
You should be comfortable working with evolving products and offers, providing feedback from the market, and taking real ownership of your commercial results.
Success in this role will be measured primarily by new revenue, closed clients, qualified opportunity client conversion, and sales performance.<\/p>\n
