We're expanding our Customer Success team to drive business growth, maximize client lifetime value, and build strategic partnerships across high-load global markets.<\/p>\n
Why This Role Matters
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the strategic growth driver. Your mission is to dive deep into client business models, unlock new revenue streams, optimize payment metrics, and turn top-tier B2B accounts into long-term strategic partners. It's all about strategy, negotiation, NRR, and real business impact.<\/p>\n
What You'll Drive
Own a High-Value Portfolio: Lead relationships with key B2B accounts, build 6-month Success Plans for Tier 12 clients, and turn churn risks into retention wins.
Run Strategic QBRs: Analyze payment analytics, uncover processing bottlenecks, prepare compelling data stories, and lead Executive Business Reviews.
Fuel Expansion (Upsell & Cross-sell): Proactively identify growth triggers, pitch new platform modules, and expand client processing volumes (+20% account growth YoY).
Guide Onboarding & Strategy: Drive smooth post-contract execution, manage commercial negotiations, and partner with Product & TAM teams during high-priority account initiatives.<\/p>\n

Roll out tailored 6-month Success Plans for key Tier 12 accounts.
Deliver 10+ actionable, revenue-generating recommendations to strategic clients.
Co-author 2 high-impact Customer Success case studies alongside the TAM team.<\/p>\n
Who You Are
2+ years of battle-tested experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales\/BizDev with direct ownership of revenue, retention, or NRR targets.
Fintech & SaaS background: Hands-on experience in Payments, PayTech, or high-touch B2B SaaS.
Commercial Mindset & Strong Negotiator: Confident running C-level discussions, steering complex commercial terms, and winning back quiet or demanding accounts.
Data-Driven Thinker: You look at payment graphs, approval rates, and transactional data, immediately seeing business opportunities.
Tech-Savvy: Fluent with HubSpot and Jira; comfortable reading REST API documentation to understand product capabilities.
C1 English: Effortless written and spoken business English for high-level international negotiations.
Bonus Strengths
Experience with Enterprise clients, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), or High-Risk verticals.<\/p>\n
