We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong negotiation skills to own and scale our partner network end-to-end. Your mission will be to turn our partner network into a true growth engine: negotiate strong terms, expand our footprint of suppliers and buyers, and build a partnership function that runs professionally at scale so that new products and verticals can launch without partnerships ever becoming a bottleneck.<\/p>\n
This role works with companies that generate and purchase leads from investors and homeowners.<\/p>\n
What You'll Do
Own partner relationships end-to-end: onboarding, day-to-day communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational partner questions and escalations
Build and manage a structured onboarding process for new suppliers and buyers
Proactively identify and recruit new partners through outbound efforts, rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities
Represent the company at international industry conferences and events, building relationships with prospective partners face-to-face
Build a qualified pipeline of future partners ahead of upcoming vertical launches
Monitor and improve performance of existing partnerships to grow partner revenue
Ensure fast, reliable communication so that partnership capacity never becomes a bottleneck for launching new products or verticals<\/p>\n
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days:
Onboard at least 3 new lead suppliers and 3 new lead buyers
Maintain or improve performance across all existing partnerships
Establish a documented onboarding and communication process
Become the go-to contact for day-to-day partner operations
Ongoing:
Growth of the supplier and buyer partner network
A qualified, active pipeline of partners for future vertical launches
Revenue growth from existing partnerships
Partner retention
Reduced need for executive involvement in operational partner management<\/p>\n
Requirements
Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or Partnership Manager
English proficiency at C1C2 level (mandatory) all partner communication is conducted in English
Experience in U.S. lead generation industries such as Home Improvement, Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Mortgage, Personal Loans, Cash Home Buyers, or similar verticals
Experience working with Ping\/Post, Direct Post, lead distribution, or affiliate partnership models
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Nice to Have
Experience in the Cash for Homes vertical
An existing network of industry contacts
Experience launching or scaling new lead generation verticals<\/p>\n
