About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale the commercial function. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on accelerating revenue growth, expanding the B2B client base, and strengthening the company's presence across acquiring and payment processing verticals.<\/p>\n
You will own the full sales lifecycle, build and inspire a high-performing team, and ensure that go-to-market initiatives align with overall business strategy and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
Lead, recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Build and maintain a dynamic, performance-driven sales culture.
Own the entire sales pipeline, monitoring KPIs and OKRs to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Actively participate in direct sales activities, including cold outreach and key deal negotiations.
Manage the full B2B customer lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Risk, Account Management, and Product teams.
Ensure compliance of all sales activities with regulatory and internal policies.
Optimize sales strategies based on data insights and competitor analysis.
Adapt to changing market conditions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with key referral and partner networks.<\/p>\n
Skills & Expectations
3+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles.
Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing B2B sales teams.
Strong expertise across the full B2B sales lifecycle.
Experience within FinTech, ideally EMIs or PSPs.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market and competitor analysis.
Proven ability to set, monitor, and achieve sales KPIs and OKRs.
Experience designing sales motivation and compensation frameworks.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Advanced (C1) English proficiency; Native Ukrainian or Russian.<\/p>\n
