Map the market: research talent pools, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes, and turn that into actionable insight for hiring managers.
Build and maintain talent pools and keep our ATS clean, structured, and up to date.<\/p>\n
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong focus on active search.
Proven track record of sourcing for digital roles, especially in marketing.

Hands-on experience with ATS systems and structured candidate data.
Excellent cold outreach skills you know what makes a passive candidate open, read, and reply.

Nice to Have:

Experience hiring for the US market or in international, multicultural teams.<\/p>\n
