We are looking for an experienced, visionary and entrepreneurial CMO who wants to do more than lead marketing: someone who wants to shape the future of an international consulting business.
Our ambition is to build one of the most trusted and recognized international consulting brands in crypto, fintech and iGaming.
We need a leader who combines strategic vision, creative thinking and strong business acumen, someone who challenges conventional thinking and sees opportunities others overlook.
At the same time, you must have a structured, systematic approach to work, with proven experience in building effective business processes and leading teams.
At SBSB, you will have the freedom to make decisions, the support to bring bold ideas to life and the opportunity to see their real business impact.
We are not looking for someone to simply manage marketing. We are looking for a leader who can shape the market, not just follow it.

Experience developing marketing strategies;
Original, bold marketing ideas that set a brand apart from competitors: you challenge conventional approaches, spot emerging opportunities and turn creative thinking into measurable business impact;
Ability to present results in numbers;
English B2+.

Nice to have:
Crypto, iGaming, fintech, investments;
PR and exhibitions in this industry;
AI in your daily work.

What we offer:
Real impact on business results;
Global growth opportunities: access to international markets, partners and business opportunities worldwide;
