SoSmart.Social builds supplement brands that sell on Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. We have been in e-commerce for 8 years and are a lean, fully remote team of about 10 people across Europe and Asia, led by a hands-on founder.

Ironclad Nutrition supplements for men, with a professional, masculine, evidence-led voice. Main channels: Amazon FBA, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
Oh My Chewy gummy supplements for families, with a playful, bubbly, fun voice. Main channels: Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
Naclea women-focused ready-to-mix powder in sachets. The brand direction will be shaped together with the founder. Main channel: Amazon.

About the Role<\/p>\n
We are looking for a Creative Manager to own how our brands look and who speaks for them.
You will turn brand guidelines, creators, and AI tools into a steady flow of content that sells on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Meta. This includes developing creative concepts, product angles, hooks, and briefs, managing creator relationships, and taking content from idea to publication.
You will work closely with the founder and Head of Shopify, with a direct impact on the brands' direction and growth.
Success in 6 months looks like: one clear brand book per brand, a creator program running independently through the Seed Affiliate Partner stages, and a weekly creative output that feeds ads, listings, and social channels.<\/p>\n
Working Format<\/p>\n
Location: remote, Eastern Europe, within EET \u00b11 hour.
Schedule: aligned with Romanian time, with morning meetings around 89 AM.
Commitment: part-time during the initial trial, then full-time.
Contract: contractor\/B2B during the trial; full-time terms agreed afterwards.
Payment: direct Wise transfer.
Tools: Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Canva, Klaviyo, Trybe, and Claude.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Brand Look & Art Direction
Develop brand books for all three brands.
Own art direction for Amazon listings, A+ content, Shopify, social media, and ads.
Brief our designer and maintain a consistent visual direction across channels.
Creative Strategy
Develop weekly ad angles, hooks, concepts, and briefs for Meta and TikTok.
Find different ways to communicate product benefits and turn them into clear direction for creators.
Create content that attracts attention and converts audiences into buyers.
Creators & Influencers
Source creators and influencers, manage outreach, prepare briefs, coordinate contracts and product seeding, and approve content.
Run the Seed Affiliate Partner program.
Maintain the influencer CRM and affiliate tracking.
Manage creator communication, scheduling, deadlines, and content delivery.
Social Media & Email
Manage the brand's Instagram account, including the content calendar, publishing, and day-to-day account management.
Coordinate content production with in-house designers, creators, and external collaborators.
Provide creative input for Klaviyo campaigns and email workflow designs.
AI & Workflow Improvement
Use AI tools hands-on in daily creative work.
Build and improve workflows that speed up research, ideation, briefing, and content production.
Review AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Compliance
Ensure appropriate FTC disclosures.
Keep content free from medical or disease claims.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
4+ years of experience in creative or brand roles for consumer brands.
2+ years of experience running creator or influencer programs.
Experience working with physical products.
A portfolio of brand and creator work, with results.
Understanding of social media and the connection between creative content, product benefits, and sales.
Ability to develop multiple marketing angles for a product and translate them into actionable creator briefs.
Daily, hands-on use of AI in creative work, supported by concrete examples of tools and workflows.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage several creative workflows independently.
Ownership of outcomes: setting targets, reporting numbers, and continuously improving.
Initiative, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and interest in long-term collaboration.
Fluent English, C1+.
Location within EET \u00b11 hour, with availability for morning meetings on Romanian time.<\/p>\n
Nice to Have<\/p>\n
Experience with DTC, Amazon, or supplement brands.
Experience with TikTok Shop affiliates and Instagram content.
Familiarity with influencer CRMs, Trybe, or Cruva.
Experience with Klaviyo, Canva, or Figma.
Hands-on experience with Claude.
Understanding of supplement advertising rules.
Amazon experience is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

Remote & Long-Term: a fully remote, long-term full-time role, starting with a paid part-time trial.
Paid Trial: approximately 20 hours per week for 2 months, followed by a transition to full-time if it works for both sides. Trial compensation to be agreed separately.
