About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Retention Manager to join our iGaming team and be responsible for player retention, engagement, and reactivation across our casino brands. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of player behavior, CRM marketing, and retention mechanics, with a data-driven approach to improving player lifetime value and overall business performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement retention strategies to increase player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value (LTV).
Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns for different player segments.
Build and manage player segmentation based on behavior, activity, deposits, and engagement.
Develop and execute reactivation campaigns for inactive and churn-risk players.
Work with communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Analyze retention KPIs, including retention rate, churn, LTV, ARPU, and campaign performance.
Conduct A\/B tests and optimize communication strategies, bonuses, and promotional mechanics.
Collaborate with CRM, VIP, marketing, product, and analytics teams.
Monitor campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve the player journey and increase repeat deposits.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Retention Manager, CRM Manager, or in a similar role within iGaming, online casino, or betting.
Understanding of player lifecycle management, retention strategies, and reactivation mechanics.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with retention KPIs.
Knowledge of player segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
English proficiency sufficient for working with international teams.
