WOW-HOW Studio is looking for a Creative Director \/ Marketer to work on a product-focused project in the SaaS, mobile apps, and subscription services space.
We're looking for a creative and analytical specialist who knows how to develop advertising concepts that convert, turn ideas into clear briefs for designers, and use campaign performance data to improve creative results.
This is a hands-on role focused on performance creatives, creative strategy, and testing rather than team management or brand development.<\/p>\n
What you'll do
Research competitors and advertising trends using Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and other relevant sources.
Identify effective hooks, creative mechanics, messaging angles, and formats, understanding why they work.
Develop 812 advertising concepts per day, including variations for testing.
Prepare detailed creative briefs covering the core idea, hook, scene-by-scene structure, on-screen text, format, and visual references.
Ensure concepts comply with Meta and Google advertising requirements, including formats, aspect ratios, text placement, and safe zones.
Analyze campaign performance using advertising dashboards and relevant metrics.
Identify winning creatives, recommend concepts for scaling, and develop new iterations based on performance data.
Build and maintain a structured library of hooks, formats, references, and tested creative approaches.<\/p>\n
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience developing performance-driven advertising creatives focused on conversions.
Practical experience working with Meta Ads and Google Ads dashboards.
Understanding of advertising formats, platform policies, and creative requirements.
Experience analyzing campaign results and using data to optimize creatives.
The ability to turn an idea into a clear, actionable brief that a designer can execute without additional clarification.
Strong creative thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
The ability to maintain a high daily output without compromising quality.
English proficiency sufficient for researching international markets and working with English-language references.
A portfolio or case studies demonstrating advertising concepts and, ideally, their performance results.<\/p>\n
Will be a plus
Experience with tools such as Foreplay, Motion, AdHeart, BigSpy, or Sensor Tower.
Experience with video ads, UGC creatives, SaaS products, mobile applications, or subscription services.
Understanding of performance metrics such as hook rate, thumb-stop rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Experience testing different creative angles and scaling successful concepts.<\/p>\n
