About The Role
Pozotron is looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative to support our day-to-day Sales and Customer Success operations.<\/p>\n
This is an operational, coordination-focused, and client-facing role, centered on supporting daily workflows and ensuring processes run smoothly as we scale. You will play a key role in keeping communication, demos, and CRM activities organized, consistent, and efficient.<\/p>\n
The role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, with a focus on execution and process reliability.<\/p>\n
What You Bring<\/p>\n
Required
2+ years of experience in sales development, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
Native or Advanced Ukrainian proficiency, both written and spoken.
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Experience conducting product demos, customer onboarding sessions, or client presentations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international prospects, customers, and colleagues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices.

Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales.
Familiarity with lead enrichment, contact research, and CRM data management.

Willingness and ability to attend international industry conferences, if conditions allow.<\/p>\n
