ScaleFlow is an international marketing agency specializing in lead generation, customer acquisition, and B2B sales development. We combine marketing tools, analytics, and a structured approach to sales to help businesses identify new growth opportunities and scale their operations.<\/p>\n
We operate across the US, Canada, the UK, other English-speaking countries, and Tier-1 European markets. Our primary focus is Home Services, while remaining open to expanding into other promising, fully compliant business verticals.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a Head of Sales who will take full ownership of our commercial operations, from developing sales strategies and building a team to identifying new market opportunities and scaling the business.<\/p>\n
We are also currently refining our company website and are open to adapting it to the future Head of Sales' strategy and vision.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and grow B2B sales across international markets.
Manage cold, warm, and hot leads, conduct negotiations, and close deals.
Build and optimize the sales funnel, improving conversion rates at every stage.
Develop and test new customer acquisition strategies.
Build and lead the sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Implement and optimize CRM systems, sales scripts, and internal processes.
Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and monitor key performance indicators.
Independently identify promising business verticals and develop new sales opportunities.<\/p>\n
What We're Looking For:<\/p>\n
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in international markets.
Experience managing a sales team or building sales processes from scratch.
English proficiency at B2C1 level or higher, with the ability to confidently communicate and negotiate with clients.
Strong cold outreach, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Understanding of lead generation, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of results.<\/p>\n
Nice to Have:<\/p>\n
Experience working with US, Canadian, or European markets.
Background in marketing agencies or B2B lead generation.
Willingness to contribute to refining the company website in line with your own sales strategy.<\/p>\n
