We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Founding Recruiter \/ Talent Acquisition Lead to build and scale the talent acquisition function at ARIMLABS.<\/p>\n
What You'll Do
Build recruitment from 0 to 1: Design, implement, and continuously improve our hiring processes, tools, and workflows from the ground up.
Scale our global expert network: Establish a systematic, repeatable recruitment process for our platform's freelance researchers and technical experts, capable of onboarding tens to hundreds of specialists.
Grow our core team: Own end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across research, engineering, operations, and business functions.
Lead candidate engagement: Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Represent our employer brand: Become one of the key external faces of ARIMLABS, building meaningful relationships with exceptional talent and strengthening our reputation in the research and technology communities.
Build scalable recruitment infrastructure: Introduce automation, recruitment technologies, and data-driven processes that enable efficient hiring at scale.
Shape the future team: As the company grows, help define and potentially lead our broader Talent Acquisition and HR functions.<\/p>\n
What We're Looking For
Proven recruitment experience: A successful track record as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, with demonstrated results in sourcing, attracting, and hiring strong candidates.
Builder mentality: Someone who enjoys creating processes, solving ambiguous problems, and taking initiatives from an idea to a working system.
Strong ownership and autonomy: The ability to independently identify challenges, establish priorities, and drive measurable results without constant supervision.

Nice to Have
Experience establishing or scaling recruitment processes from scratch, particularly in startups or high-growth companies.
Previous experience combining hands-on recruitment with team management or leadership responsibilities.
Experience recruiting technical specialists, researchers, engineers, or other highly specialized talent.
Experience with high-volume recruitment, freelance talent networks, or international contractor sourcing.
Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to integrate recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and automation into a company's existing technology ecosystem.
Familiarity with AI tools, AI agents, workflow automation, or basic programming to improve recruitment efficiency.<\/p>\n
