We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner who shares our mindset, to act as a strategic partner for our leaders, drive data-backed HR initiatives, and optimize our people processes.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle for 50+ team members (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, salary reviews, offboarding).<\/p>\n
Act as a proactive partner for managers and leads: conduct regular 1:1s, support team management, performance evaluation, leadership development, and conflict resolution.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.<\/p>\n
Work with HR analytics: collect and analyze data on key metrics, formulate hypotheses, and build dashboards.<\/p>\n
Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow: automate routine processes, handle analytics, draft documents, and generate reports.<\/p>\n
Launch and analyze HR surveys (pulse, eNPS), and design post-survey action plans.<\/p>\n
Initiate engagement, motivation, and retention programs.<\/p>\n
Identify training needs, design development strategies for both individual employees and teams, organize L&D programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Improve and scale HR processes, proposing new data-driven initiatives.<\/p>\n
Foster and support a positive corporate culture.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year as an HRBP or in a role with a similar level of responsibility.<\/p>\n
Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle and a proven track record of optimizing HR processes.<\/p>\n
Experience working with HRIS (PeopleForce, BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar) and ATS.<\/p>\n
Hands-on HR analytics skills: experience with metrics, data handling, and reporting.<\/p>\n
Active use of AI in your workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and a readiness to integrate AI into HR processes.<\/p>\n
Experience conducting HR surveys and developing initiatives based on their results.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of approaches to performance management and compensation reviews.<\/p>\n
Experience drafting and implementing HR policies.<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Analytical mindset, structured approach, and sharp attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Proactivity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.<\/p>\n
