We're looking for a TA Partner with a strong sense of ownership who can independently manage the full recruitment cycle, proactively engage with talent in competitive markets, make data-driven decisions, and take full responsibility for results.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
– Independently manage the entire recruitment process, from the initial kickoff meeting with a hiring manager to offer acceptance and handover for onboarding
– Recruit for Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing roles of varying complexity, primarily at Senior, Lead, and Head levels
– Attract high-performing professionals in competitive talent markets and develop effective approaches to filling challenging positions.
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
– Develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles, markets, and locations
– Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels
– Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions, developing long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
Hiring Partnership:
– Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping define realistic requirements, analyze talent markets, and make informed hiring decisions
– Provide regular updates on hiring progress, recruitment funnel metrics, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement
– Manage stakeholder expectations, proactively recommend solutions, and adjust sourcing strategies when current approaches aren't delivering the expected results.
Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement:
– Analyze recruitment funnel performance, including key metrics, stage-to-stage conversion rates, hiring speed, sourcing channel effectiveness, and rejection reasons
– Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve recruitment processes, making hiring faster, smarter, and more predictable
– Experiment with new approaches, tools, and automation to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes.<\/p>\n
What we look for:
– 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within B2C product companies building web or mobile products with subscription-based monetization models
– A proven track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets, including hard-to-fill and specialized positions at Senior, Lead, and Head levels
– Experience recruiting for Performance Marketing, Data & Analytics, Product, and AI roles
– Outstanding proactive sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage candidates through a wide range of channels, including unconventional sourcing methods
– Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruitment, supported by concrete examples of successful implementation
– Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, key hiring metrics, and data-driven recruitment practices
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers, manage expectations, and confidently present recommendations
– A growth mindset: you challenge existing approaches, experiment with new ideas, continuously learn, and actively improve processes
– Strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple vacancies simultaneously

– English at B1+ level or higher.<\/p>\n
