About the project
NC1 builds business systems for companies: we implement AI solutions, automate processes, and deliver web development projects. We're redesigning our company website and are looking for a designer who will own the visual side from concept to final layouts.
You'll define the overall visual concept, design the pages, create custom graphics and illustrations, and prepare clean, structured Figma files ready for handoff to a developer. Final copy is still in progress, so you'll work with placeholder text at the start.
The first page and concept are due by mid-November, followed by weekly progress reviews.

What we're looking for
3+ years of experience designing websites, with a portfolio that shows it.
Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and developer-ready files.
The ability to work independently: propose solutions, make design decisions, and explain the reasoning behind them.
Experience designing multilingual or B2B/IT company websites is a plus.
Brand identity or brand book experience is a big plus. We also need a brand book and would be glad to have one designer handle both.
Experience with SCRUM methodology is a plus.

What you get
A project where your design decisions shape the final result, not just pixel-perfect execution of someone else's vision.
Fast, direct feedback from the person who approves the work, with no long approval chains.
An hourly rate, negotiable based on your experience and skills. All working time is paid, including every revision up to the final result.
Fully remote cooperation via Private entrepreneur, with flexible hours and communication via WhatsApp.
A chance for further freelance collaboration after the project is completed.

To apply, please send your portfolio, CV, hourly rate, possible start date, and how many hours per week you can dedicate. The process is short: we review your CV and portfolio, have a 30-minute call, and make a decision.
