We're kicking off the collaboration with a new client and we're hiring an English-speaking Customer Support Representative to support their customers' needs.<\/p>\n
Your future responsibilities include:
Resolve guest inquiries, most commonly bookings and access issues, plus other reservation and service-related questions as they arise – via inbound calls, OTA platforms, chats, calls, emails, WhatsApps,
Communicate in true hospitality spirit – Perfect Host Principles, "best for the guest" mindset, genuine care for guests over process compliance,
Escalate critical cases (refunds, legal, negative review threats) immediately, no attempt to resolve,
Log\/work in client's designated tools (TBC).<\/p>\n
Needed experience & skills:
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or hospitality,
English B2+
Strong problem – solving skills,
Excellent communication skills, with a professional, friendly and welcoming approach,
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-pace environment with constantly evolving processes.
Readiness to work 5 shifts per week (Monday-Sunday) with the following shift times 07:00 – 15:00; 11:00 – 19:00; 15:00 – 23:00; 23:00 – 03:00; 23:00 – 07:00 (EET time zone). Shifts rotate regularly, and the schedule is shared one week in advance.<\/p>\n
Nice to have skills:
Experience in Hospitality, Travel, OTA, Hotel, or Property Management,
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset,
Previous experience working with international customers.<\/p>\n
