The Role
We're looking for an experienced Native Ads Team Lead with a strong hands-on background in platforms like Taboola and Outbrain.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands Native Advertising from the inside, has successfully managed substantial advertising budgets, and knows how to build and lead a high-performing team.
You will take ownership of the Native Ads direction, develop scaling strategies, oversee campaign performance, and ensure the team consistently meets business and profitability targets.
We expect you to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can step into campaign management whenever needed.<\/p>\n
What You'll Do
Lead & Develop the Team
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Native Ads Media Buyers.
Set performance goals, monitor individual and team results.
Establish clear workflows, processes, and performance standards.
Help team members improve campaign management and optimization skills.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and data-driven decision-making.
Own Strategy & Scaling
Develop and execute Native Ads growth strategies across Taboola and Outbrain.
Identify new opportunities for traffic acquisition and profitable scaling.
Plan and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Drive expansion into new geographies, verticals, and traffic opportunities.
Take ownership of the overall performance and profitability of the Native Ads direction.
Oversee Campaign Performance
Monitor key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and revenue.
Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure campaigns meet profitability targets and scaling objectives.
Oversee creative testing, targeting, funnels, and optimization strategies.
Make strategic decisions on budget allocation and campaign scaling.
Drive Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with copywriters, designers, analysts, and other marketing teams.
Improve communication and coordination between teams.
Ensure alignment between traffic acquisition, funnel performance, and business objectives.<\/p>\n
What You Bring
Strong Native Ads Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Taboola and Outbrain.
Leadership Background: Previous experience leading or managing a team of Media Buyers.
Budget Management: Experience managing and scaling substantial advertising budgets (ideally 50K100K+ per month or more).
Performance Expertise: Strong understanding of ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR, revenue, and campaign profitability.
Scaling Experience: A track record of successfully scaling Native Ads campaigns across different markets and verticals.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop growth strategies, allocate budgets, and make decisions based on data.
Hands-on Approach: Willingness to stay close to campaign performance and understand operational details.
Leadership & Communication: Ability to motivate a team, manage priorities, and drive results.
English: Good working proficiency for communication within an international team.<\/p>\n
