The Email Copywriter will write direct-response email campaigns for multiple startups, including an AI recommendation engine for scholarly articles and an all-in-one communication platform. While increasing conversion rates will be your primary focus, you’ll also contribute in other areas, including training and outbound marketing materials. The ideal candidate has proven their ability to write copy that converts.
You’ll be expected to take sole responsibility for writing high-conversion emails, A/B-testing and iterating on marketing campaigns, and developing high-level copy strategies. This role is entirely remote. Each TrendMD partner company works hard to minimize meetings and interruptions, so you can spend more time doing what you were hired for.
You will:
- Write customizable email templates with high conversion rates
- Support the sales departments of multiple apps
- Edit templates for accuracy, clarity, and formatting
- Test you campaigns and use data to improve them
- Document email copywriting processes
- Help with internal writing projects where needed
- Provide writing support for senior management
Requirements:
- Proven ability to write copy that converts
- Experience in a direct-response marketing role
- Experience following an internal documentation style
- Clear, concise writing skills
- Ability to set priorities in a high-stress environment
