Keep provides a bridge between the world of public blockchains and private data. It enables a new wave of ground-up innovation for blockchain developers. And as we grow, we’re looking for a Director of Product to help support and shape our vision and guide Keep to success.
The Director of Product for Keep is tasked with product planning and execution in all phases of the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, executing product vision, establishing necessary roadmaps and features, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to meet company and product goals. This role requires someone who is creative, entrepreneurial, eager to get their hands dirty while setting strategy, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional product. Of utmost importance is the ability to focus on user insights, data analysis, growth, and providing a unique user experience.
How You’ll Have an Impact
- Establish a product roadmap, and define a development process with a user-centric approach, including researching and leading product initiatives, creating requirements documents, and setting key milestones and deliverables
- Ability to secure alignment for product features, updates, releases, and other product-related plans
- Analyze and improve business processes and product workflows to efficiently scale business and deliver on key value propositions
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory and legislative trends, and user experience to inform necessary shifts to roadmap strategy
- Effectively communicate strategy, including distilling complex information to diverse groups of stakeholders, and inspire and motivate a team toward shared goals
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, growth, engineering, and design
- Familiar with, but not married to, agile processes; ability to craft human-centered processes while maintaining accountability and rigor
- Create and maintain comprehensive and high-quality product documentation
- Other duties as assigned
