Sales Executive

Our Sales Executives are at the heart of our success as a business, ensuring that we are able to get appetite’s service offering in front of the right decision-makers at some of the most exciting startups in the world.

We are building out our founding Sales team, and therefore offering an extremely competitive uncapped commission/bonus structure with the potential for salespeople to earn more than anybody else in the company.

As a Sales Executive at appetite, your challenge will be to identify, prospect, and engage with startup founders to understand their Talent Acquisition challenges. From day one, you will receive exposure to exciting early-stage startups that need your support in order to grow.

Sales Executives are responsible for the full lifecycle sales performance. Identifying and engaging prospects, qualifying and consulting them on our services, closing them in working with appetite, and then managing the relationship as the account scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an independent salesperson, prospecting new cold business.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn and other prospect mapping tools.
  • Comfortable presenting and pitching prospective customers.
  • Sales/Customer service skills
